Brackets [ ]
Brackets are used to provide context in a sentence or about something. These are also used to provide additional information of the word or sentence.

Punctuation is the art of rightly putting pauses, points and stops in writing in order to make the sense clear and comprehensible.
Use of Brackets [ ]
Big brackets [ ] are used to provide some additional information. Sometimes both big and smalls brackets are jointly used in a sentence
Rules to use Brackets [ ] in Writing:
Usually brackets are of two shapes: big brackets [ ] and small brackets ( )
- Small brackets ( ) are used to give some additional information.
i. He is (as he always was ) a rebel.
ii. Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia).
iii. They talked about Machtpolitik (power politics).
iv. His wife (he married about a year ago) is a member of this club.
v. His father (who is currently serving in army) is a brave man.

- Brackets are also used in reference words like,
a) English b) Persion c) Geography

- Brackets are used for supplementary words:

- Big brackets [ ] are used in providing some additional information. Such as,

- Sometimes both big and smalls brackets are jointly used in a sentence.
