End of a sentence punctuation

The end of sentence punctuation is the punctuation mark that follows a complete sentence. It can be used to signal the end of a sentence or where there is no punctuation at all. The most common forms of end-of-sentence punctuation are exclamation points (!), question marks (?), and periods (.). The end of a sentence punctuation can also be used to offset lists or other similar forms of writing.
